Keith answered my initial request immediately and was able to come and diagnose problem same day. Answered all of my questions with patience. Gave me options for how to attack the problem. He gave me a time frame for the fix and was able to complete in a timely fashion. I hope I never have piping issues again, but if I did I would highly recommend this company.

Called Keith on a Monday and described the situation to him based on my analysis, which was I thought the value was faulty and perhaps the circuit board. Keith thanked me for that, but indicated he would have to assess the situation himself to be sure. He came to my daughters two days later, which was earlier than I expected and indicated that the value was definitely shot. He fired it up, but it kept going out after a few seconds. Upon further analysis, he concluded that the spark sensor was malfunctioning and replaced it. Bingo!...worked like a charm after that. Keith is personable and to the point, and I appreciated his no-nonsense approach.

Mr Murray was able to identify and fix the issues with my boiler. I would recommend this company highly.

I was extremely pleased with the level of their availability, attention and workmanship that I received from the initial phone call to the final resolution. PCS ended up fixing the old unit at a fraction of the cost of a new unit and it now works perfectly!
