We had our roof done in April this year and are very pleased. Everything in the process was smooth: from the estimate, the work (completed in 1 day), to the follow up (they had to come back a few weeks later to add a downspout that was the correct colour).

They were friendly and knowledgeable. Where we are located, every year we had shingles blowing off due to winds, but we are confident that won't be happening in the future. It's been 4 months now, we've had a couple storms and the roof is doing great!

Great experience with Finley roofing right from the start. Very prompt and easy to communicate with. They actually came out to take a look at and give an accurate quote for the roof. Brought tons of information and samples, answered all questions before I could even ask them.

They were able to move our work date up and completed the whole job in one day. The crew was efficient, cleaned up the site and did a great job.

Came by a week later and checked everything was satisfactory. Absolutely stellar people to work with, would recommend and if I ever needed roofing again I would call them in an instant.

On time, friendly, proper estimate, timely communication and a top quality roof product. Team laid tarps to catch debris around house and after job picked up nails and put back any furniture they moved.

I have used Finley twice now for two homes and would recommend them to all my friends. A local company that cares as if you are their neighbor to treat you good.

Dave (estimator) was on time, friendly and very thorough, and was honest about the cost and how much particular shingles would be, what actually need to be done, etc.

The team showed up on time a few days later, immediately set up tarps and got to work. They were done later that day. Old shingles, nails, plastic, etc was all cleaned up, barely looked like anybody was doing work by the time they were finished tidying.

I highly recommend Finley Roofing and I'll happily use them again next time our roof needs work.

We were looking for quotes on a suspected leak affecting the structure of the house, and an insulation clearance concern with exhausts penetrating the roof. As new homeowners we are not yet familiar with who to go to for which concerns.

Finley Roofing took the time to reach out to us to listen to our concerns and help us evaluate our situation. It was clear that they were very knowledgeable and despite quickly identifying that this was not a job for a roofing company, they continued speaking with us to direct us to the specialists who could help, teach us how to identify certified workmanship, and give us maintenance and evaluation tips for our continued monitoring and care of our roof.

In comparison, the other roofing companies we reached out to for quotes never even responded -- likely because they also recognized that our job required different services, but they did not want to spend the time to communicate that.

Finley Roofing truly went above and beyond to reach out and spend the time speaking with us. Amazing customer service -- and we are not even customers (yet!!)
