We had our roof done in April this year and are very pleased. Everything in the process was smooth: from the estimate, the work (completed in 1 day), to the follow up (they had to come back a few weeks later to add a downspout that was the correct colour). They were friendly and knowledgeable. Where we are located, every year we had shingles blowing off due to winds, but we are confident that won't be happening in the future. It's been 4 months now, we've had a couple storms and the roof is doing great!

Birk's updated our front porch/steps with flagstone, and installed a new walkway along the side of our house all the way back to our deck in the back yard. Additionally, they designed a new garden in our front yard to replace our lawn. We were very pleased with the entire team. Lezlie put together a really great design based on our budget, and she was very organized throughout the entire process. Connor, Chris and the entire team were friendly and efficient. They finished the work quickly and kept our property clean at the end of each day. We are very pleased with the results and have received a lot of compliments from our neighbours too!

We discovered what appeared to be mice droppings in our basement over the Victoria Day weekend and they responded on the same day. They stopped by the house the next day and did an inspection and set up some bait stations. Service was friendly and answered all our questions. We really appreciated it! They have a few Home Coverage plan options and we decided to purchase one of them.

Jordan came by in August to clean the gutters of our house and he was friendly and efficient. He also provided pictures of the clean gutters afterwards. Would definitely use his services again.

We had a slow leak coming from our bathroom faucet and p-trap. Valentin was very responsive to our initial inquiry and got back to us within a couple hours. He was available to do the necessary work the next day. Valentin was honest, efficient and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We will certainly work with him for any future plumbing needs.

We needed a roof replacement for our house and garage in September. Michael and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. They were responsive and returned our first phone call immediately. The work was completed on time and they did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. Michael provided us with pictures showing the various stages of the work and answered all of our questions throughout the process. Absolutely recommend Quality First Roofing and would use them again for future work.

We needed to replace our electrical panel and Barry and his team did a fantastic job. In addition to doing quality work and being very professional and efficient, Barry kept us in the loop throughout the entire process (including dealing with Toronto Hydro and ESA etc.) -- this was much appreciated. No hesitation recommending Barry and we would definitely call him for any future electrical work.

Earlier this year, we needed to waterproof our basement and as a result, parts of our driveway needed to be re-paved. We tried contacting a number of different companies, but had difficulty getting through to a company that was willing to do a smaller job. Nick's team did an excellent job re-paving and made sure that the asphalt grading was done right. They even raised our window wells a few inches because the company that did the waterproofing had left them too low. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We had some flooding in the basement earlier this year and started to notice mould near the back of the house. We looked up a few companies on Homestars and called two companies to take a look and provide estimates. In the end, we went with Accu-Star. Nev was thorough and detailed in his explanations and also willing to provide different pricing options. The work was done efficiently and we haven't had any mould problems since the treatment was done a few months ago.

We had some problems with water leaking into our basement and Chico's team did an excellent job of repairing the foundation and doing a complete waterproofing job. We had the work done earlier this summer and haven't had any problems since, even with a couple very heavy rainstorms. Chico's team was friendly, great with our neighbours and even worked over a long weekend to get the job done. I felt that their prices were very fair as well. I would recommend Aquashield to anyone.
