I would stay far far away from Gordo, he serviced my hot water heater causing a leak which impacted the unit below me, resulting in me having to pay for the damage. I have tried repeatedly to get him to cover the cost but he’s ignoring me.

Waterboy installed steam shower, pipe joints weren't tightened properly. Entire unit had leaks and rusted out in 2 years. Waterboy does not answer or returnmy calls. Replacing with qualified plumber.

Waterboy's staff unloaded the new water softener, removed the old one, and installed the new one quietly and efficiently. They checked the piping was up to new codes and cleaned up after. Great to work with.

I called Waterboy Plumbing for a water softener replacement. Gordo showed u a week later with the new one, replaced it in very short time and showed me all the butons and levers to operatue the new one and was out in a very short time. Very friendly serivce.

The people who work for this company are able-bodied, friendly, and CLEAN! The owner is a gem to deal with as he was involved in all aspects of the reno from assisting us in choosing fixtures and tile, to making sure his employees stayed on schedule. Pricing was more than reasonable as well. This is a small company so we received truly personalized attention. 10 out of 10!
