Hunter, John and team did a wonderful job with our interlocking project. The professional quality of the product paired with the personable and informative service from all members of the team made for a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

Empire recently completed a 400 Square foot patio for us. The project was competitively priced, and we received what I would call a premium end-product.

John worked tirelessly to ensure we were getting the patio we wanted, Andrew kept us informed as schedules developed and Hunter and his crew delivered an excellent finished product. We are completely satisfied with our patio and we are happy we found the patience to wait through pandemic driven and other delays.

I'll keep it short. Jared was my point of contact for the consult and sales, and it was an excellent experience. The crews that do the actual manual labor were all excellent. Shout out to Danny and his crew who did an awesome job laying brick and finishing the patio, as well as John, the construction manager assigned to the project.

The HQ communications were terrible. This part was a bad experience, a real blemish on otherwise excellent service. Calling the support number on the website is farmed out to an external call center (really???) that offer no help and are toothless. HQ comms completely useless, the company intentionally has set up support this way, it seems. Disappointment. I was left in dark on work start/completion and who my contacts were to be until the actual people performing the work themselves reached out to me.

Point being, the people performing the actual work were all great, and the central admin/corp/contact/support whatever are unreachable and not doing their part.

The patio looks great!

We had our entire Orleans backyard done in Interlock stone. From the initial visit to the final delivery we were impressed with each of the project team's approach, professionalism, timeliness and the quality of the end product. Proof of their "standing behind their work" came when we experienced issues with the wooden steps which were installed. The issue was due to the poor quality of the available wood supplies in Ottawa during a "COVID summer" and not in any way Empire's fault. The wood cracked shortly after install. I contacted Empire and w/o hesitation they came back, examined the damage and immediately took steps to replace the steps. There is no better example of their commitment to clients! Thank you Empire - look forward to your doing the front of our home next summer! Mike
