Empire recently completed a 400 Square foot patio for us. The project was competitively priced, and we received what I would call a premium end-product. John worked tirelessly to ensure we were getting the patio we wanted, Andrew kept us informed as schedules developed and Hunter and his crew delivered an excellent finished product. We are completely satisfied with our patio and we are happy we found the patience to wait through pandemic driven and other delays.

From start to finish a first class experience. Fedddie made the sales call and took the time to get to know our home. He is very knowledgeable about the products he offers and made sure he understood our wishes and concerns. He proposed a range of options and helped us arrive at a selection that we are extremely satisfied with on all fronts - price, quality and performance. We would recommend Feddie to friends and family as someone interested in getting it right and not just getting the sale. Steve and Tim did the installation - arriving as scheduled, respecting our home and leaving no mess. The installation is clean and efficient and Steve made sure we were properly introduced to system features and our new multi function thermostat. Feddie followed up with service options and answered all our questions while we were getting used to our new equipment, book-ending a solid technical effort by Steve and Tim with concerned, respectful and informed client support. The bar has been set high for the Reliance Service Department and we will report back if they ever let the side down.
