Exceptional, timely, professional service I have always received from the pool company staff. I highly recommend them to anyone with a pool.

I want people to read this review, so I will make it short.

Pros - I found Jon and Darrell to be very nice people
-There prices are reasonable
-They took away some yard waste
Cons - The job took over TWO WEEKS to complete, when big companies do it in a day (7am-3pm)
-While discussing options in the backyard, we agreed on a course of action, which they didn't take, they charged me for it, and then told me I should have read the EXACT wording. Any mention of 'fine print' is a red flag
-Our pool has an incredibly bumpy bottom
-They left garbage at our house
-They ruined an O ring in our ball valve and when made aware, they did nothing to correct this.
-After repeatedly telling where I wanted our solar heater (which I am sceptical if it even works), it was installed in a location that only receives 3 hours of light a day. They did move it, but their attitudes also changed that day
-They said they were coming on certain days and then never showed up
-They said they would come back with a pole and solar cover and teach me how to vacuum the pool, I still have no pole or any clue how to properly run the pool
BOTTOM LINE - I am disappointed with the experience. I was patient and tried to be understanding. Their prices are low, but you get what you pay for. Jon and Darrell are very nice people, but being a nice guy should be the icing on the cake of a project well done, not the only redeeming quality.

My wife and I hired The Pool Company to open our pool. Upon opening it was discovered that the pool had some damage from not being winterized properly by another company. Jon advised us that the issue could be resolved with out having to dig up the deck. He was able to isolate the leak and repair the issue that was located at the pool skimmer. The cover had fallen in over the winter and the pool was filthy! Darrell got the pool crystal clear and spotless in only one visit and advised us on how to balance the pool chemicals. We are so pleased with the service Darrell and Jon provided and would highly recommend them and use them again!
