Calgary Wholesale Blinds

Lesley came into my home and was very easy to talk with and she was very helpful in sharing her opinion on what would be the best fit for my house. She came with various samples of the different colors and styles that she had available. She was slightly difficult to get a hold of but she was very quickly at ordering and installing the blinds. My son tore out the chain from our roller blinds and Lesley had no issue coming back to fix them.

We hired Leslie back when she used to answer her phone. In fact we had her come back and install more coverings a year or two after. Fast forward 7-8 years and we can't even get hold of her. We have some very minor service work that needs to be done but she will absolutely not return or answer any of my calls. I even texted her multiple times, but nothing. How can anyone stay in business like this? It's pretty sad because had we gotten the small amount of warranty work we would have happily ordered coverings for our basement. Unfortunately its best to stay away.

Very disappointed with the customer service provided by Lesley. I used her services because she seemed knowledgeable and was able to negotiate on price. Once blinds were ordered, they were installed within 8 weeks (not 2-3 as quoted) over 2 or 3 different days. 1 shade was still missing so I tried to contact Lesley via phone and text over a period of 8 weeks to which I received one response indicating they had been ordered and that she would follow up. She didn't return any calls or texts after this. I was prepared to order myself through another dealer. Finally I got in touch with the installer who was able to follow up with me and find the shade. Still haven't heard from Lesley. From order to final install took 17 weeks. Terrible customer service. Although the blinds have a lifetime warranty, I don't know how I'll ever get a hold of Lesley if I need to.

We have made the biggest mistake in choosing Leslie for our blinds. We moved in last October and had our blinds picked out with her. We have had 2 blinds missing and it has been 6 months of just numerous calls to her with no answer and numerous text messages with no response. We left messages with her assistants and also no return call. It has been very frustrating as the women is very fast at taking your order for the blinds but once she has taken your money good luck with any further follow up. We still have not received our outstanding blinds and we are now out of pocket for 500.00. Would not recommend her to any one.

We used Lesley to outfit our entire house with new blinds last spring and were more than happy with the service. Her prices truly cannot be beat. She came to us by referral and several of our family members and friends have used her service with no complaints whatsoever. I happily recommend Calgary Wholesale Blinds.

We used Lesley when we moved into our new house. She seemed knowledgeable and helpful. The issues arose when one of the blinds that was on lifetime warranty broke. We contacted her in November and after multiple attempts until February the following year gave up and had to fix the blind ourselves. What bothered me the most is that she would respond to every 3 or 4 text or message and imply that the part was coming, that she had it, that the guy was going to stop by and install it, but in the end it was not true and nothing ever happened.

We used Lesley when we put new blinds in our condo and had no issues, so thought she was great. When we moved into our brand new home with lots of windows we thought she was a good choice to go with. Wrong! One of the blinds for the bedroom was missing from the order and took weeks to get it in. The roller blinds she recommended did not offer enough privacy even though she said that 99% would be enough. Let me tell you, in a bedroom 99% is NOT enough! We asked her to come up with other options, none of which were acceptable, so we decided to change to drapes in the bedroom on our own.

Also, soon after having the roller blinds installed, a clutch broke on one of the blinds. Since they were under warranty I asked Lesley to come and fix it. Six months and many emails later I could still not get her in to fix, so I ended up going directly through to the distributor and they sent me a new clutch.

I agree with the other reviewers, once she has your money she just doesn't care. Disappointing service all around.

I made the horrible mistake of ordering shutters and blinds from Lesley Faulds, Calgary Wholesale Blinds. I have never seen service so unprofessional. Once her product is installed, and she has your credit card, she simply will not return calls or emails on service issues. We had the same blind installed 3 times over a period of nearly 2 years, due to an INSTALLATION issue from the beginning. Then I realized she had overcharged my VISA by at least $1000.00 and it took her 4 months to pull her paperwork, and write me a cheque - which was then STALEDATED. Not once did she apologize, but instead told me to pick the cheque up from her mailbox. People in business, know whether their books balance at the end of the month - don't they? I have to wonder how often this happens and the clients don't notice it. I had to file a complaint with the BBB and have a lawyer threaten legal action, to give this matter any attention. She has at least 8 claims with the BBB and an "F" rating. There are lots of reputable businesses to deal with, I do not believe this is one of them!
