June 2019 we noticed that our electrical bills were very high (winter costs), so we called G. Little to come and have a look at our heat pump. He tore everything apart and discovered the coil was done and it was constantly blowing warm air. He said he would order the part and it would take two weeks to come in. Almost two weeks later I called to check on the status of the new coil, and it seemed like they hadn't actually ordered it. Long story short, it took them forever to get the new pump installed and even then it wasn't working right so we called another electrician to fix it. Really, I think they were taking on every job without having the manpower to handle it because the tech who came out was great but run completely ragged.

We had them come by on two separate occasions, once for window cleaning and once for gutter cleaning. They were on time and very professional, and I thought the fees were fair.

We were moving to BC in July 2017, and had referrals from a couple of friends for Alberta Pro Movers. I was looking for a company that would only take our household and be able to deliver next day. Stephanie handled the initial logisitcs and quote and was very friendly and helpful. The day of the move Jamie and Stang showed up on time with smiles on and packed that truck like a Tetris game - my husband and I were both very impressed! Unloading went well, nothing missing or broken. One of the least stressful moves I/we have had! Thanks guys!

We recently moved to Summerland and used John to re-key numerous locks on our house and garage as well as install new handles and two keypads that we had purchased. John was very friendly and his prices were reasonable. No hesitation in recommending him!

We had a tear in our third storey decking which happened to be over two bedrooms. Because of this and possible water damage we were put on priority to finish the job ASAP. Of course weather in Calgary (summer 2016) wasn't exactly cooperative, but Caldek did the under deck repairs, put on a temporary patch and replaced the Duradek as soon as the weather cleared up. Cost seemed a bit high, but overall I was happy with their work and the results!

We had Elite Trade stain our fence as well as the wood trim on our home. They also painted the trim on our garage. The young lady who did most of the work did a terrific job and was very meticulous. Another young man came to finish it off and wasn't quite as dedicated but it was still mostly good. Overall we were very happy with the service and would recommend them.

We have used Wipe Clean Window Cleaning since 2012 to clean the windows on our three storey (on a corner) house. It is a local, family-run business and Anthony and Nicholas are very punctual, courteous and good at what they do. I felt that their price was very reasonable considering we have a LOT of windows! I have no hesitations at all in recommending their services and will use them until we leave the City.

We used Lesley when we put new blinds in our condo and had no issues, so thought she was great. When we moved into our brand new home with lots of windows we thought she was a good choice to go with. Wrong! One of the blinds for the bedroom was missing from the order and took weeks to get it in. The roller blinds she recommended did not offer enough privacy even though she said that 99% would be enough. Let me tell you, in a bedroom 99% is NOT enough! We asked her to come up with other options, none of which were acceptable, so we decided to change to drapes in the bedroom on our own. Also, soon after having the roller blinds installed, a clutch broke on one of the blinds. Since they were under warranty I asked Lesley to come and fix it. Six months and many emails later I could still not get her in to fix, so I ended up going directly through to the distributor and they sent me a new clutch. I agree with the other reviewers, once she has your money she just doesn't care. Disappointing service all around.
