We used Lesley when we moved into our new house. She seemed knowledgeable and helpful. The issues arose when one of the blinds that was on lifetime warranty broke. We contacted her in November and after multiple attempts until February the following year gave up and had to fix the blind ourselves. What bothered me the most is that she would respond to every 3 or 4 text or message and imply that the part was coming, that she had it, that the guy was going to stop by and install it, but in the end it was not true and nothing ever happened.
