Great price and product! Yorkville windows had friendly service and would accommodate to whatever your preferences are. they work effiencently and the result is great. They made sure everything was to our liking . I would recommend this company to all my friends and for sure , use this company again if needed.

Great price and great product!

I purchased 2 exterior doors from this company and they installed them in June 2016. 1 door had a scratched glass and the owner Ivan Radovic told me he was going to come back and replace the glass as soon as he obtained it from the manufacturer. Mr. Radovic was paid in full $2400.00 cash for both doors. After many calls and repeated promises he made regarding coming back to replace the glass, he never showed up. After the doors settled they would not close. I found that the dead-bolt latch had not been installed correctly and not countersunk into the door jam. I had to remove both latches and cut a proper opening as they installed the square latch over the oval jam cut-out. On August 5, 2016 after not showing up to replace the glass and trying to reach him on his cell and getting no answer, Ivan called back and told me that he had emailed me earlier in the week saying he would show up on Friday at 8 pm. Despite all the emails from him there is no record of this one email in my inbox. This was in my opinion another excuse to delay or avoid replacing the glass. I am giving up on this company and written off trying to get the glass replaced. This company did not honour their obligations.

The entire experience with Yorkville Windows and Doors was great! I did quite a bit of research before making my purchase and had many quotes and home visits by other companies that lasted way too long and were full of high pressure sales tactics.

It was very refreshing not to hear about the expenses of round shapes and extra costs for operating windows. They simply went over our options and made helpful recommendations.
They delivered on everything they promised and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our new windows and patio door.

I will highly recommend them to friends and family.

My wife and I are very pleased with the work completed by Ivan and Rade @ Yorkville Windows and Doors. They did an outstanding job in accommodating our scheduling constraints (and they were few to blend in with the big renovation happening at the same time), and for installing a new storm and entrance door beautifully. Besides the fair price, they gave us wonderful suggestions for choosing the door, locks, and trim and we couldn’t be happier with the result. There was no mess, as they cleaned up everything after finishing. They were courteous, pleasant and professional. It was a smooth and seamless process. They gave us the assurance of total support if something happens down the road.
We got a lot of compliments from our friends for our new entrance. We would highly recommend Ivan and Rade.

Their competitive pricing, friendly service and professional installers have made every visit from them a positive experience.
