We decided to retain a professional painter for the top floor and stairway/hallway "face-lift" and one of the companies we requested quotes from was Ferma Contracting. Fred responded promptly, acted courteous and professional and the whole estimate process was fast. His price was good and the ironing of the contractual wrinkles was seamless. He also helped in spray-painting over 1,000 lin. ft. of baseboard, trim and shoe moulding, for which he gave us a fair and reasonable price. Fred was flexible in scheduling the work (asked for a one week notice) and once the work was scheduled, he was always punctual. The work was done professionally and at the expected quality. Fred and his helper were very polite, quiet, non-intrusive and efficient (finished the job in three days). We have not yet worked with a contractor to have Fred's attention to details and it is obvious he takes great pride in his work. We would definitely consider hiring him again and recommend him to family and friends.

My wife and I are very pleased with the work completed by Ivan and Rade @ Yorkville Windows and Doors. They did an outstanding job in accommodating our scheduling constraints (and they were few to blend in with the big renovation happening at the same time), and for installing a new storm and entrance door beautifully. Besides the fair price, they gave us wonderful suggestions for choosing the door, locks, and trim and we couldn’t be happier with the result. There was no mess, as they cleaned up everything after finishing. They were courteous, pleasant and professional. It was a smooth and seamless process. They gave us the assurance of total support if something happens down the road. We got a lot of compliments from our friends for our new entrance. We would highly recommend Ivan and Rade.
