The guys were very professional and nice, there was a minor scratch on the dining table but I gt cheap and didnt get insurance at first so I guess its my fault too. All in all they were very good

I had an amazing experience with My Smart Movers as they were very organized and professional with us. They gave us the best price and within our date of moving. I would definitely recommend this company if you're looking for a professional and trustworthy moving company.

Charged over $600 to move 20 miles to a one=bedroom apartment. Claimed three hours in travel time. Demanded payment before unloading, then broke my synthesizer, two bookcases, and a box of china. Worst move ever. Be warned.

I wanted to hire a professional movers for peace of mind ,but i ended up paying for more stress .
First they came late and started smoking before entering my house
They quoted 350$
Half way the moving they started complaining (up to 450$)
Very careless
By the end they broke some walls and one table , when I said that’s not fair they said too bad you denied our insurance so bye bye .

I do not recommend this company. The guys were very nice, however, they broke a ceiling light and a piece off one of my living room side tables and lost the power bar for my elliptical machine. They also couldn't/wouldn't bring my office desk into what was to be my office in one of the spare bedrooms upstairs (the entryway was wider in the new home than the old one, to go to the basement, long corridor same width as bedroom doorway) so it is now sitting in my basement. When I called, they said they are waiting for the insurance to get back to them and they would get back to me, they never did. I've left several messages since then to no avail. Even though I sent them a a detail inventory of things to be moved with size, as per their request, they still brought small trucks. So they they had to do two trips, extra $$$ at my expense. They hadn't unloaded yet when they said I had to pay or they wouldn't unload, it is in the fine print of the contract. I have moved lots of time and only had to pay once everything is unloaded. So now they got paid but it wasn't the agreed amount ($500 over) and left with broken, lost and furniture that is not where it should be. I will have to hire movers to move my desk. I had labelled my boxes with which room they go into and content. Boxes with books, the heaviest were all put in the basement and kitchen which on the main floor, regardless of which room they were labelled to. I've moved several times in the past, I've never had problems. Will never use this company again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Our experience My Smart Movers was terrible. Avoid this company at all costs!

Our contract outlined an hourly rate of $105 for a 3-person moving crew; however, halfway through the moving process, one crew member left and never returned. This clearly added more time (6 hours total) to the moving process, and therefore cost us far more money than the quoted price.
Additionally, the furniture that they help us assemble (advertised as one of their services) fell apart within moments of their departure. We even overheard one member of the moving crew saying "I have no idea how to do this." They demonstrated a shocking level of unprofessionalism and incompetence.
Worst of all, the manager refused to send anyone to the apartment to reexamine and properly reassemble our furniture.

We are currently looking into a new company to repair the damage done by My Smart Movers, as our furniture is in shambles .

Avoid My Smart Movers at all costs.

Amazing moving experience with My Smart Movers! These guys def. know what they are doing. They are highly recommended. I also got the 5% discount because my brother in the law had previously moved with them
