Our experience My Smart Movers was terrible. Avoid this company at all costs! Our contract outlined an hourly rate of $105 for a 3-person moving crew; however, halfway through the moving process, one crew member left and never returned. This clearly added more time (6 hours total) to the moving process, and therefore cost us far more money than the quoted price. Additionally, the furniture that they help us assemble (advertised as one of their services) fell apart within moments of their departure. We even overheard one member of the moving crew saying "I have no idea how to do this." They demonstrated a shocking level of unprofessionalism and incompetence. Worst of all, the manager refused to send anyone to the apartment to reexamine and properly reassemble our furniture. We are currently looking into a new company to repair the damage done by My Smart Movers, as our furniture is in shambles . Avoid My Smart Movers at all costs.
