The repair guys were friendly and informed me of everything they were doing. Was a big job replacing my old 1972 Air King furnace.
Cleaned up any mess and took away my old one.
The fellow who wrote the quote explained everything well and gave me options so I could decide the route to take.
Will recommend highly.

Rinnai Tankless Water Heater Install and removal of ten year old electric water heater. I found this company at the BC Home and Garden Show. FortisBC is offering a $1,000 refund (net price in 90 days is just over $4,000). The man who came out to do the quote gave me the total price and I paid. There were zero upcharges or changes to my invoice, even though the install ended up being more involved than planned. They had to re-plumb my furnace. The crew of two that came were very respectful of my house and my time. They showed up on time and laid down tarps to protect my floors. They were fast, took away all waste and recycling, and cleaned up before they left. They instructed me on how to use my new water heater and phone app. It's the best construction/remodeling experience I've had in years. I wish this company did other types of work that I need done. I can't say enough good things. Excellent job!

Tradesmen were friendly (with great senses of humor), knowledgable and very efficient. Haven't had a chance to use the A/C unit yet but the tankless system is fantastic. This was a great experience (and I have had a couple of bad ones in the past).

There service was prompt and exactly what they estimated us. They also helped with setting up financing. Professional and prompt.

Charles came out promtly and on time and gave a quote, and Rob and Aaron were simply awesome, 2 young guys that really know there stuff, and were completely professional, they really were great, they took time to explain what they were doing, and there install went smooth and was top notch, I would want them to anything I need, Rob and Aaron were great!

Dave & Dylan where fantastic. They arrived right on time the first day, laid out drop sheets, started the work. End of the day all their tools where neatly put in a corner, cleaned up everything, put the old furnace and hot water tank in their vehicle and said we would see them in the morning to complete the work. Arrived the next morning and finished everything early. They did a fantastic job, left the area spotless, and above all they were polite and very friendly! They were a delight! The new unit is working fantastic, and so quite - it is amazing.
