Simple quick diagnostic visit. Replacement took some time based on schedule and work load of vendor. Communication regarding how work was to be invoiced could have been better. Installation was done very well. Tank looks good. Overall satisfaction is good.

The onsite installation technicians were very professional and did an excellent job. My only comment is that when they were finishing up, they left the black pipes & electrical exposed on the siding (outside the building) and, in my opinion, it looked unfinished and quite UGLY. When I talked to Bruce about it, he explained that it could be covered with "slim duct" (an optional extra). The slim duct has since been done & it looks great. I would suggest that you may want to consider pricing that into your quotes, or at least informing the customer of that option. I have to tell you that I was quite dismayed when I first saw those ugly pipes.

Supply and install air con in 2 bedrooms. Work was completed in one day. completely professional and clean and tidy.

Excellent work, courteous and professional service. Thomson worked out a solution to retrofit our home with a tankless water heater, replacing a conventional tank system.
