Tempasure Heating And Air Conditioning

We had a furnace fail on us and needed a quick replacement. I had a quote from a different company and it felt a bit high so I called Len at Tempasure. He was extremely helpful, no pressure just lots of information from his many years of experience. We decided to go with Tempasure for the replacement and they were able to do it over the long weekend while we were away. Fantastic product and great service! We couldn't be happier.

Started up the furnace last week -- nothing. Batteries in thermostat OK; circuit breaker hadn't flipped off; power switch for the furnace was still on.
I called Len, who came over the next afternoon, and it was up and running in 5 minutes. My bad! Here's a tip: check that the filter is clean! I hadn't changed mine for the fall, and a dirty filter may stop the furnace from kicking on as a safety measure. Oh well, next time! Thanks, Len, for the speedy service, helpful explanation, and cheerful demeanor! The next time I need service, or a new furnace or A/C unit, I'll be calling you.

Len and Adam did a great job. Everything was clearly explained and done exactly as explained.

This small company works hard to get your business and to make you happy. You deal directly with Len the owner and he wants you to be satisfied. You also deal directly with the installer on the first visit so he can answer all your questions. Stephen (and his partner) were really terrific to deal with and have done a terrific installation. To replace out old system that had died. Replaced with new improved system. The system was installed effortlessly.

AC broke down at night. I called Tempasure at 10:30 pm on a Friday and Len answered on the third ring. He was apologetic that he couldn’t come the same night and was here at 10:00 am Saturday morning. He had the problem fixed within 15 minutes. Unbelievable.

We cannot say enough good things. When your AC fails during a heat wave you don’t have much to be optimistic about, so we were blown away to have our call answered on the second ring and absolutely floored when he said he could come that afternoon. Needless to say we were over the moon when he arrived AND fixed our unit, all within an hour of when we first picked up the phone. Now, I think we got a little lucky that he had the right part that we needed in his truck. But, having said that, he was still here working on the fix long before others who we contacted at the same time even got back to us.

After some days of having no air conditioning I was fortunate to get in touch with Tempasure. Len contacted me promptly and was extremely helpful in finding a solution to our problem even though it was the week end. Adam arrived and worked quickly and efficiently to get our air conditioning up and running. They are both very professional, competent and courteous, and provide excellent customer service.
