I had a fine experience with a very polite and thoughtful young repair person, who made sure my system was fixed and the charge was very reasonable too. I'd use this company again.

We needed emergency servicing for our air conditioner (which of course happened Friday evening of a long weekend). Tempasure got back to me within an hour, and scheduled a technician to come by the next morning. The technician was super efficient, had the problem fixed within a few minutes. They were also really polite and professional. It reminded me of all the reasons we went with Tempasure in the first place.

I should add, we hadn't scheduled a maintenance call for few years due to vacations and other reasons, which allowed the build-up in the condensate tubing (which the technician cleared). So probably there are good reasons for regular maintenance :)

I own a multiple units and came across this company years ago. I shopped around different companies and received outrageous quotes and was absolutely ripped off by a very large company. I finally found Len and Temperasure. I have had repairs & new installs over the past decade+ The company is prompt, professional, reasonable and honest.

It was a pleasant experience working with this company. My air conditioning stopped working. From the initial contact with my communication with Alison who was so kind to assist me to troubleshoot the most common reasons for AC units to break down before deciding a technician was really needed to come. They were able to send a technician on the same day. Len was our technician. He was quick to diagnose the problem, he explained everything and was patient to answer all our questions. Our AC was fixed on the same day but there was another issue with our furnace so the company followed up with us for the next several days. Their customer service is really great! We were very satisfied.

We returned home from vacation in the evening to find one of our two air conditioners not working. It was the middle of a heat wave and the bedrooms were 37 Celsius. I contacted Tempasure because I had an excellent experience with them last year when they installed a tankless water heater. Even though it was 9pm they responded to my email immediately. They were busy because of the heat wave, but Len, the owner, made the time to squeeze us in. He scheduled an appointment for about noon the next day. He replaced a worn capacitor on the spot and got the air conditioning working. He also showed me that the two AC units were clogged with dust and dog hair, and he scheduled a maintenance visit for the next day. Everything is now functioning perfectly. As with my first experience, communication was prompt and consistent, and they provide rock solid customer service.

Our HVAC system was installed by Tempasure and they do our annual maintenances. Ty performed the maintenance and as with the last service he was just excellent on every front.

We had a new gas furnace installed last winter. Weve lived in an old house for 40+ years and never had such great, caring, efficient, fast service from any trade.
Len and team are truly the best. They solve problems, easy to work with, great communicators, great quiet furnace and the price is very right,
