We used Tempasure in the summer to install a gas line to our backyard for our new BBQ, and we knew after that job that we had a new reliable HVAC company that we could count on.
For this job, we wanted to replace our 20+ year old furnace for something smaller, quieter, and more efficient. After giving us a quote, Len made himself available for follow-up questions (we had many) by phone and text. He helped us make our decision, and gave us honest and good advice. On install day, Adam did a great job of removing the old furnace and installing the new one. He also was happy to explain and show us what he was doing in layman's terms which we appreciated. It is clear that both Len and Adam take a lot of pride in their work, and the happiness of their customers is their #1 priority.
