We used Tempasure in the summer to install a gas line to our backyard for our new BBQ, and we knew after that job that we had a new reliable HVAC company that we could count on. For this job, we wanted to replace our 20+ year old furnace for something smaller, quieter, and more efficient. After giving us a quote, Len made himself available for follow-up questions (we had many) by phone and text. He helped us make our decision, and gave us honest and good advice. On install day, Adam did a great job of removing the old furnace and installing the new one. He also was happy to explain and show us what he was doing in layman's terms which we appreciated. It is clear that both Len and Adam take a lot of pride in their work, and the happiness of their customers is their #1 priority. We look forward to using Tempasure for future HVAC jobs in our house and maintenance. We highly recommend Tempasure!

I called Michael late on a Saturday night as I had a mystery leak in my laundry room after running a load. Michael helped troubleshoot the problem with me over the phone, for free, despite the hour and before I committed to having him send someone out. The next morning, he sent Daniel who continued to troubleshoot the problem, and figured out that it was my drain that was backing up. He snaked the drain and pulled out a giant tree root. Our drain now works once again, and they helped us find someone to fix and replace our damaged clay pipes. Would definitely recommend Michael and his team for future plumbing work as they were honest, fast, and professional!

We moved into a new house and needed to change the locks on two doors. Dani was quick, professional, and courteous. He also provided as many new keys as we needed. A few months later, we called to fix one of these locks that was getting stuck. He came the same day and fixed the problem at no charge. Would highly recommend Matrix to others!
