Len and his team did a great job from first contact to implementation. Our furnace had died and Len returned our call immediately. We had also been thinking about replacing our old water tank with a tankless water heater and Len suggested we get an energy audit of our home to take advantage of any rebates that might be available since we were going to replace two items prior to purchasing anything. It was great advice. The team came twice to the house to ensure they knew our layout and needs to recommend the best equipment to install, showed up on the day on time and professionally deployed our new furnace and tank.
