Len and his team did a great job from first contact to implementation. Our furnace had died and Len returned our call immediately. We had also been thinking about replacing our old water tank with a tankless water heater and Len suggested we get an energy audit of our home to take advantage of any rebates that might be available since we were going to replace two items prior to purchasing anything. It was great advice. The team came twice to the house to ensure they knew our layout and needs to recommend the best equipment to install, showed up on the day on time and professionally deployed our new furnace and tank. We found Locksmith Care on Home Stars. Our front door lock stopped working and was driving us crazy. We called their service and Dimitri arrived within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the issue and suggested to replace the damaged bolt controller rather than putting in a whole new lock system as we are getting a new door shortly. Highly recommended!
