Chris came to inspect a home on short notice, and did a wonderful job. He was absolutely thorough, clear, and reliable. The Inspection was done top to bottom, roof to basement, and revealed so much information that we wouldn't have known to look for. Truly needles in a Haystack. He even followed up with the roofing company to confirm his findings about the installation. And he is always available for questions, which is important to us. Thanks Chris!

Chris inspected a condo that we were planning to buy. He looked at all building features and fixtures very thoroughly and provided us a detailed report to make an informed decision. The report included pictures and specific details such as moisture content in the walls, sealing etc. which helped us in finding more than what one could notice. Thanks for doing a great job !

Chris was a very thorough inspector. He went through every nook and cranny of the apartment (and parts of the building) we were looking to purchase. Questions were always welcomed and encouraged. Just bought an apartment before subject removal, I asked Chris for help. Chris did a great work for helping me out. He is very friendly and takes his job seriously.
After the inspection, he pointed out all the areas that might need some cares. And which areas might be serious, which might not.

When I had initially called to book the appointment, it just so happened that Chris was out of town. He had taken the time to give me a call back just to set up an appointment! We were very appreciative of that and he had arranged an inspection and made sure we would have gotten our inspection report before our subject removal date.

Chris was very thorough to inspect the condo. He had tested everything in the condo including light switches, appliances, water pressure, faucets, etc... His inspection also includes inspection of the building as a whole and noted areas that we should be very cautious of as the cost of fixing could be costly.

We are very happy first-time home buyers, and thanks to Chris' insight and knowledge, we were able to buy our condo comfortably.
