I found Chris through Yelp and contacted him regarding a pre-purchase condo inspection. He was able to accommodate me on relatively short notice. Chris arrived on time and completed a thorough inspection of the unit I was looking to purchase as well a the building. I'd definitely recommend him and will use him again when/if I'm looking to purchase a new home.
