Just bought an apartment before subject removal, I asked Chris for help. Chris did a great work for helping me out. He is very friendly and takes his job seriously. After the inspection, he pointed out all the areas that might need some cares. And which areas might be serious, which might not. After the inspection, I feel more comfortable for the purchasing!
