We found Valley Floors on Homestars, and based on previous excellent reviews, we decided to hire Niel to install tiles in our kitchen area, and to replace some damaged hardwood boards in our main suite bathroom.
Niel's tiler, Keith, did an excellent job of installing the tiles in the kitchen. He removed the appliances, and when the tiling was complete he moved them back in place. Keith carefully layed out the tiles for the optimum fit and the optimum pattern layout! We are so thrilled how it turned out!
Then Niel came to put in the transition piece from the hardwood surrounding the kitchen to the new tiling. What an awesome job!
Niel then tore out some hardwood boards in our bathroom and replaced them with new boards. He did a wonderful job there too!
Both Niel and Keith cleaned up nicely after their installations.

I was a bit over my head in installing some vinyl plank flooring myself. I reached out to Niel and he was able to schedule me in with one of his guys fast despite it being the busy season for him.

Neil and his team were awesome to deal with. We replaced our carpet with engineered hardwood. The quality of workmanship alone will make us use Valley Floors in the future. Bought an old house with a plethora of floor heights between rooms. Niel came with ideas to make it true. Left him to do his magic and when I came back days later, was gobsmacked. House was level, and beautiful vinyl floor!! Also he picked baseboards, window and door frames to match era of house. Even made the headers to make it pop even more!! During the planning phase, we had a few follow up discussions and Niel patiently helped us evaluate multiple options. We sensed that Niel is very passionate about his work and took pride in the quality of work he does. This was evident in the amazing end results. Niel went above and beyond to ensure great quality work while staying within planned time and budget.

Taking great pride in workmanship, Valley Flooring completed removal of carpet, tile, and extra stubborn underlay to install LV planks and replaced all baseboards in our 40 year old house main level. He communicated and cooperated well leaving us with access to kitchen during this time. They are highly recommended.

We hired Valley Floors to install vinyl plank in our basement and hardwood in our office. The vinyl plank was an unanticipated renovation due to some damage. When gathering quotes, some other companies tried to take advantage of the situation; whereas Neil was honest and transparent, saving us a lot of money in the end! Both jobs were done very well.
