I can't say enough good things about ValleyFloors and Niel. This is a company that definitely knows what "customer service" and "quality workmanship" means. Niel installed LVP and baseboards throughout a small 1950s bungalow and I couldn't be happier with the service, workmanship and results. (I have another property that I will soon be doing in LVP and hardwood and I wouldn't use anyone else.) If I could give Niel 10 stars out of 5, I would. He made this reno very uncomplicated for me!

I bought a 1200 s/f condo. The carpet needed to go. I needed vinyl plank throughout. I dealt with a box store giant, initially thinking I would get a better deal. I had the worst customer service. I then discovered Niel from Valley Floors!! What a difference!! He took my stresses away and said ‘leave it to me. I’ll make sure all of this is looked after from the disposal to the new baseboards“. As promised he had this work completed within a few days. The first being two days after the consultation and measuring, all carpet was gone! The second day - subfloor installation. The following week vinyl planks delivered, installed (glue down) and I added baseboards. He had these installed the very next day. Niel was so easy to talk to, confident, and professional. He kept me informed via text. I was never left guessing what was happening. If I have anything I’d like to share with you is this: don’t bother shopping around. Go directly to Valley Floors. Thank you so much for making this decision so easy!!! Oh and he came under the quote from the big box store!!!!

I had Niel Clement and Valley Floors recommended to me by a friend in the flooring industry. Niel came out to give me a full quote and was always available when I had questions. As soon as I was ready to do the work he worked with me to get started as soon as possible. Niel did a great job on the install. My wife and I are very happy with the installation. Niel was very professional and provided great customer service. I would not hesitate in recommending him to others.

We were so impressed with the high level if workmanship done by Niel and his crew. The service was excellent and they always made time to answer my many questions. We found a small flaw in the product after all was installed and Niel came back right away to replace the boards that were imperfect. Wouldn't think of using anyone else. Very easy to deal with, very helpful, green products, excellent quality of work, job done quickly with minimal impact to our daily lives. The improvement us remarkable and we are so happy with the new look! Thanks !

I’m a first time homebuyer and renovator; I had Niel Clement and Valley Floors recommended to me by a family member. As soon as I met Niel, I knew that I had hired someone I could trust. My condo had some “issues” to say the least. Neil and his team worked hard to help with all of the problems caused by the previous owners. They had no obligation to help me resolves these issues but they went above and beyond. I’m so happy with the floors and finishing work Niel did for me.
