Originally hired Phoenix to replace my blower and AC unit. Now use them for maintenance. Sarmad is friendly, communicative,reliable, professional and reasonable. So glad I found him! And he follows up too, to ensure the experience went well! He is my HVAC god. (And he is available pretty much around the clock for an emergency too)! And a professional who cleans up after himself. Running out of space for a rave review. Just hire him if you have HVAC issues.

It's so important to have an outstanding professional to do the necessary work that's essential for a home. Ventilation exhaust is essential, and Sam did excellent work to make it possible for my kitchen and bathroom to be properly ventilated. He's smart, capable, personable, dependable, and extremely diligent. His rates are fair, and he meets his commitments. I would not hesitate to call Sam again in the future.

Very quick service. I had called the technician that I normally use but he was unable to get an AC unit from any of his providers. I called Sam who said he always keeps the units in stock because he knows theres always a shortage in the month of August. Very professional. Sam completed the job within two days of my initial call to him. Highly recommend.

Our hot water heater broke down and Sam came to our rescue. He came to our house after work hours on a Friday to diagnose the problem, provided a quote on Saturday and arrived to do the installation on Monday. He is very knowledgeable and recommended a combination boiler to replace the hot water tank since we also have radiant in floor heating. Sam was dedicated to getting us hot water as soon as he could, and he and his associate worked long hours into the night to complete the job. Sam clearly explained everything that needed to be done, and completed the job expertly and tidied everything g up afterwards.
