We were already happy about your review when we read the headline. :) Thank you SO MUCH for your lovely words and for the 10 stars, they really brought a huge smile on our faces. Glad we managed to make your moving experience pleasant. Our men do have experience with lots of stairs and tons of boxes (also with cold weather, hehe), so there is no worry for them about those. What they are always trying to do is rather help the customer relax during the process, since it is a stressful day, after all.
