Two Men And A Truck

Very careless and alot of damages. When you complain the excuse is the employees are no longer with us. Once they get your miney they are totally disrespectful and unwilling to address any issues.

I would NEVER use them again!

They moved our furniture etc. at the end of July. The truck came on time with 3 men. We had told them we had some very heavy furniture. They had 3 blankets to protect all the furniture and no mattress covers.
The 2 guys worked very hard but had no experience. They got a box spring jammed in the stair well because they didnt know how to manoeuvre it. We had to cut it in half. They took a 3 hour break and told us the main guy had a dental appointment . We were charged for this time. Because of the lack of covering a lot of the furniture was damaged.
We talked to the head office. They would not contact their insurance company but finally settled with us.
If you use this company make sure they have enough blankets and protection for your furniture before they start and photograph any problems. Im sure some of the franchised outfit are experienced but beware

These 3 men were *fabulous*! I was nervous because I live with a frail relative and they worked around him with no issues at all. They were great with all my items, despite it being a heat wave that day. This move was a breeze for me, thanks to their professionalism and hard work! I highly recommend them and this company, and will definitely use this company again.

Eric, Kyle and Jameson did a wonderful job of making our move as stress free as possible. Polite, respectful and funny for sure. Also incredibly efficient. From the time they arrived until the move was finished each of them took extra care with our furniture as well as both of our homes What a great team Thanks so much.

Movers were nice but not the best experience I might add. Floors are still dirty from their shoes

Second time I've used these guys. Very happy the first time hence the second time. Moved out was uneventful, moved in 3 days later and despite the truck breaking down, the movers worked hard till everything was done.

The two men that actually moved our belongings were excellent and very helpful. However the company they work for are far from that and although they are on the listings of the Canadian Association of Movers I urge people to avoid using them. I was overcharged by a large amount with no recourse. The money was taken from my visa account without my authority and before I had sighting of an invoice. I have informed CAM of this . They responded promptly and are helping as much as they can with an investigation in progress.

The men that showed up were amazing!! On time, professional but still happy and fun. They completed the move quickly, safely and efficiently. We have used this company before and will again!

Doing a basement Reno and needed to get the furniture out to the garage. Movers showed up on time and completed the move on time. Also had to get a sofa to an upholsterer and this was also done by Two Men and a Truck with absolutely no issues. Will definitely use them again to move the furniture back.
