Illen, Robert & Jeffrey were sent to help us move our 3 bedroom home. They arrived on time and were professional the whole time. It is almost 8pm and they are still working. Alec came out and gave us advice and a quote on grout cleaning in our kitchen, bathroom & main hallway. He even recommended ways to save money. We booked the cleaning and he & Paul arrived on time the day of. They were very clean and particular in their work and we are extremely satisfied with the result and their courteous service. All the negative reviews for ASR Movers are 110% accurate and all the good ones must have been written by the employees themselves. Much like the others have already said, this company will sell you on one price, EVEN SEND YOU AN INVOICE, and then double it up when they have all your stuff in their truck and refuse to offload until you pay. They even take your signed invoice and THEN add charges - how are you going to prove you did not sign? This is an absolutely DISGUSTING company and I would never recommend them to anyone. They are dishonest and shady and will rip you off. Stay far, far away.
