Paul the Plumber

I would like to start by saying this guy is legit. I had motor on my furnace go. He stayed in contact with me assuring he would be here and he definitely did. He went above and beyond what he was supposed to do or asked. He stayed late into his evening to make sure my family got heat that night, and when I asked if he could take a look at my toilet too( wasn't called out for this) he didn't hesitate to say yes. Both furnace and toilet work. He was the friendliest guy and tradesmen you could imagine. Many tradesmen will talk to you like your stupid for not knowing what's wrong and he was 100% the opposite. If I ever have issues again he will be the first guy I call and recommend to anyone I know or asked. For those who like privacy within your house and want someone who will respect that and get the job done right this is your guy.

Paul is excellent. I called him on a Sunday after a terrible experience with a previous plumber who left me with a gas leak and small water leak. Paul was professional and pleasant, taking time to happily walk me through every step of the way. He did an excellent saudering job and the comparison between his work and the previous plumber's was like night and day. Paul noticed that my previous hot water tank was in the garage (the first one told me some story about $180 cost and that it was better if I do it...) and offered to remove it, free of cost. Paul is incredibly knowledgeable and you can tell he is passionate about his work. Paul is the best plumber I have ever met, hands down.
