Our furnace decided that it wasn't going to participate any longer and we called Niagara Heating & Cooling. John, responded quickly and confirmed that our old furnace was time to go. He was professional and courteous and knew that we were in desperate need of a heating source. With a broken ankle and two dogs he made sure staff at Niagara Heating & Cooling was available the next day to put in a new furnace and get our home back to how it should be. Our air conditioning failed during one of the resent heatwaves. A quick call to John at NIAGARA HOME HEATING had the problem quickly solved. Not only did they have the required parts on hand but our technician Jim made additional adjustments to our HVAC system that really improved the airflow and ventilation noise.

Our boiler decided to quit on the weekend before Christmas. Called John at Niagara home heating he recommended that I call someone local to have it diagnosed as he was completely booked up for the weekend. The local contractor came in and diagnosed a very expensive repair of the control board replacement. The contractor was unable to do the work so I called John back. Prior to ordering the board John wanted to have another look because of the significant cost of the repair. After the second diagnostic it was determined that the board was not at fault and was a much cheaper repair of a ventor switch. This company goes out of its way to do right by the customer. Highly recommended!!

Last year, during the deep freeze (naturally!) our furnace gave up the ghost. We called John and he came right over to check it out. He got it working temporarily, and we booked an appointment to get our new furnace installed. He spent a great deal of time explaining the various furnace options, and helped us select one that would be suitable for our needs. Later that night it became apparent that the temporary fix was not going to last until our appointment, so John sent over his crew (on over-time, I'm sure) the next day and we were warm in no time! His crew were friendly, fast and professional. They took care to keep our home clean. Great company, great service! Thank you, John!
