Last year, during the deep freeze (naturally!) our furnace gave up the ghost. We called John and he came right over to check it out. He got it working temporarily, and we booked an appointment to get our new furnace installed. He spent a great deal of time explaining the various furnace options, and helped us select one that would be suitable for our needs. Later that night it became apparent that the temporary fix was not going to last until our appointment, so John sent over his crew (on over-time, I'm sure) the next day and we were warm in no time! His crew were friendly, fast and professional. They took care to keep our home clean. Great company, great service! Thank you, John!
