when i bought my house i hire JBR Inspections he told me so many things were good. But i recently found out my Windows leak after being told they hold a great seal. Toilets leaked, the bath tub over flow drains weren't connected Causing leaks on my ceiling, the taps all leaked.

When purchasing an inspection, I was hoping to have any dangers to my family caught from an inspection. You pay this kind of money to have piece of mind that your home is not going to try and kill you.

Unfortunately, the inspection did no such thing, as we found out that our furnace was leaking extreme amounts of carbon monoxide into our home and the gentleman fixing the furnace said that we were lucky to be alive and that the person that did the inspection should be in jail.

We were lucky, our furnace stopped working otherwise myself, my baby, my pets and the rest of my family could have perished.

John inspected our home a year ago. He noticed a host of problems, and was able to give us a rough idea of how costly the problems would be to fix before we purchased. He also used a thermo camera to find drafts and poorly insulated areas. A year later we have found no surprises that John missed during his inspection. We just called him back to do an inspection on our next house. He's very thorough, and I'd recommend him to anyone.
