Our fireplace stopped working a few days before company was arriving for Christmas. Roy Inch was prompt in coming to asses the problem but unfortunately the only solution was to replace our 25 year old unit. We were very satisfied with the sales rep and the installers, Colin and Jeremy. The work was done efficiently and the room left clean. Our new fireplace is giving us heat in the family room more effectively than ever.
