John, Milton, Omar and Brandon were all absolutely fantastic. From sales through to the install, we were more than impressed with the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend Roy Inch. Brandon took the time to fix a glitch with our gas fireplace on top of it all, - the extra effort and customer care definitely left us feeling that we had been well taken care of and are in good hands with any service required in the future. Thanks guys! Absolutely awesome.
