Just leased century house and owner did not know where septic tank was. Blackwater was on time, did a great job locating tank and pumping it out within weeks of it backing up. Price was very reasonable given the extra time to dig down # of feet to locate lid.

Brian and Terry gave us outstanding service, we don't know what we would have done without them! Just before the ice storm our septic was plugged. They came to the rescue within an hour and a half and pumped our septic tank. It was still plugged internally but Terry spent two full days through ice, sleet and rain to determine the root cause. The second day, the roads
were extremely unsafe but with his perseverance and determination he arrived to finish the job.

Brian has done a great job. He is is very experienced and honest. He is prompt, professional, courteous and reasonably priced. He answers all questions patiently.

Even his colleague is 30 years experienced in this trade. They both went out of their way to educate me and even give cautionary advice regarding a big landscape project that I am about start in my backyard that would have severely impacted the tile field.

I had earlier contacted a couple of other septic tank cleaners including one rated high on Homestars but they were very unprofessional in customer service. I am glad that I have used Blackwater Environmental Services and I would recommend this company without any hesitation to anyone who wants to get a septic tank cleaned.
