Billy & his team had done a good job with installation of 15 Zones/85 sprinklers on my large residence property last year. As we have done some re-grading and we also needed to adjust some of our sprinklers from time to time, Bill has been very prompt. I have called Billy a few times during last one year and ALWAYS got the SAME DAY service. Hopefully, it will continue in future as well.

Billy did a great job of installing 15 Zones / 80 sprinklers on a large complex area. And, he has installed the latest technology controllers that work flawlessly - I can easily control all the sprinklers through my iPhone!! The after sales service from Billy has been equally good. Whenever I have called him, he has been very prompt in his response. I am very happy with his service and I have no hesitation in recommending Billy to anyone who wants to install the sprinklers.

Brian has done a great job. He is is very experienced and honest. He is prompt, professional, courteous and reasonably priced. He answers all questions patiently. Even his colleague is 30 years experienced in this trade. They both went out of their way to educate me and even give cautionary advice regarding a big landscape project that I am about start in my backyard that would have severely impacted the tile field. I had earlier contacted a couple of other septic tank cleaners including one rated high on Homestars but they were very unprofessional in customer service. I am glad that I have used Blackwater Environmental Services and I would recommend this company without any hesitation to anyone who wants to get a septic tank cleaned.
