Replace a faulty shower assembly

Called Andrew and he can a discovered the issue quickly- one of the water inlet pipes had a crack and would spray water at the back of the wall. he capped the pipes we could till have water in the house.
He came the next morning and replaced the entire assembly- new copper pipe and shower assembly ( a little more expensive, but will be worth it long term) He did a first rate job.
He explained the nuances of the assembly including future cartridge replacement and recommend and access panel instead of dry wall.
Would recommend him to anyone. Very reasonable pricing

replacement of rusted old pipes

Called the company at 5 PM regarding clogged drain and rusted pipe that was extremely outdated. By 7 PM, Andrei was at my home on a Saturday night and had fixed everything by 9 PM. He explained that a number of pipes will need to be replaced soon. I've known that for a while but have been putting it off. I am extremely pleased with the promptness, explanation of work needed and the cost was reasonable.
I will definitely recommend this company and use its services again. Thank you Andrei.

Very Pleased With Professional Service

I contacted Midtown plumbing via their email from the website and there was a prompt reply by Andrew. We set up a time and date for a small job at our home and he acknowledged the appointment via text. Andrew showed up exactly on time and did a great job to install a new toilet and fix a broken tap. He even taught me some plumbing tips along the way and is very open to sharing his knowledge and answering any questions. He also was concerned that if there were any leaks, to let him know and he would come back and fix them, but there were no leaks as he did the job right the first time.

Amazing service - excellent pride of work

Andrew was our 2nd attempt to fix a valve on our hotwater tank. The first tech who came was clueless and suggested it’d be easier to rent another tank instead of fixing our 3yr old one! Andrew was prompt, courteous and very understanding of our frustrations. He took time to not only fix the issue, but addressed a couple other concerns, fully explaining everything he was doing. He even showed my husband how he
could do a small repair in his own if needed! Andrew proved to be a man of integrity who genuinely cares about his work. We will be keeping his details for future reference and recommending him ALL over the place!!

Bathroom tub faucet leak

Had a leak. Andrew helped over the phone with how to find what was leaking myself, to save me money. Once we knew what the issue was he came the next day and fixed it. The tap unit needed replacement and he was able to do the repair with little mess. The tub filler he had didn't fit so he went out and got one that did. All in all a successful fix with no stress. We are very happy with the work performed and the recommendations Andrew provided.

Leaking toilet

It is challenging to call someone that you don't know when you have an urgent issue, but I am very glad I chose Midtown Plumbing . Called Andrew at 1pm. he was here by 2:30! Assessed the problem, gave me a quote. Completed the job and explained everything as he went along. Andrew also replaced a faulty hose and water shutoff valve on the toilet for future emergencies! Very professional, pleasant gentleman. Did a great job. He even fixed the kitchen faucet at no charge.
Andrew is now my go to guy for plumbing!

Icemaker water supply, and later, a clogged kitchen drain

I read Andrew's reviews here, so I gave him a call. He was quick to respond, and courteous, helpful. Arrived when he said, and did a great job, for a good price on ice maker feed. Coincidentally he found another problem and gave good advice and did a fix for that too - no extra charge. Said he he hoped I wouldn't need to see him again (with a nice smile). That was the curse! Our kitchen sink plugged days after, and he came promptly on a Saturday, and snaked-away our clog. Highly recommend Andrew! I think he genuinely cares!! Scott Blair.
