Our washer stopped working & was giving an error code, it won't do anything. I called Sam at JSN Appliances Repair & he discussed the problem with me over the phone, I sent him the model number for the washer as he requested. Sam came the same day I called him, he figured what's the problem & fixed it within half hour. The great thing & I really liked it that Sam called the next day to make sure that the washer is working fine & we don't have any more problems with it. This man is really extremely expert & know what he's doing, it was worth it dealing with him. Appreciate the excellent work Sam.
