He explained the problem thoroughly and fixed the appliance within 45 minutes. Ayman is knowledgeable in the refrigeration field, very courteous and friendly. In fact, the fix could’ve been faster had it not been the fact that we were chatting about football (soccer) - the Black Stars of Ghana and the Pharaohs of Egypt and the upcoming World Cup in Brazil.
