We had a problem with our Samsung washing machine, and found Sam on Home Stars. The many positive ratings for his work didn't steer us wrong. Sam was prompt in responding to our request for assistance, came to our home the day after our first contact, and was very up front about the terms of his service and the base costs for the visit. Once on site, he was friendly, efficient and trustworthy. He assessed the issue, provided us with a quote, and pulled the new part from a brand new box with the manufacturer's tape still intact. He explained the problem clearly and had us up and running again very quickly. Best of all, his rates were reasonable and he even took the time to explain the cause of another issue we had been having with our stove. We were ready to have him fix that as well, but upon examination he explained that there was no need. We will definitely be calling Sam again, given the variety of repairs he is able to do. He also took the time to call us the next day to follow up and ensure that the machine was working properly.

My fridge broke suddenly both fridge & freezer compartments stopped cooling. I called JSN Appliances Repair & Ayman gave us an appointment the same day. Ayman arrived on time as promised & he diagnosed the problem, he had the required part with him, he replaced the relay & my fridge stared to work perfectly again. Ayman was so friendly, very knowledgeable & honest. I’ll certainly recommend JSN Appliances Repair for all my friends & family members. I had my Amana washer machine stopped working all of the sudden & it didn't drain the water. I was so panicked because I have 2 small babies & I really use the washer every single day. I called JSN Appliances Repair & Sam answered the phone, he discussed the problem with me & he had no opening for that day. Sam was really so appreciated he said to me that he’ll try to squeeze me in. He came the same day as he promised me to squeeze me in, Sam was very polite, honest, fair in his charges & has an excellent customer service & technical skills. He found the problem within a very short time & fixed the washer in the same visit. Not only that but he was more than courteous & called me the next day to make sure that the washer is working fine. Thank you Sam so much for fixing my washer!!!!

Sam was quick, professional, responsive and clean when he repaired my dryer. He returned my call right away and was very direct and honest when diagnosing any problems and providing any quotes. He completed the job quickly and so far there has been no problems. I would definitely recommend Sam for any appliances repair.

I am very happy with the recent service provided by Sam. He's not only responded very quickly but came out during bad weather on a Sunday evening to fix our wall oven. This is the second time I deal with Sam and will call him for any appliance repair or installation in the future. I highly recommend his work, he is knowledgeable and very courteous.

My tenant called me to tell me that their dryer is running but there's no heat in the dryer & the problem I live too far from them in another city. So I called JSN Appliances Repair & I spoke to Sam, he asked me many questions to discuss the problem with the dryer & he asked me for the model & serial numbers for the dryer. Sam called my tenant & arranged an appointment for them the next day I spoke to him. Sam went the next day at the promised time with some parts with him & he fixed the dryer in the same day. The tenant was so happy & I'm very happy too. I didn't see Sam but he was really a great person to deal with, very professional, expert in what he's doing & his price is very reasonable.
