Thank you Sam for such great service!!!!! It's Christmas time and the last thing I needed was a broken dryer!! Called Sam on a Monday morning and received confirmation and a call back for appointment immediately. (two other repair services hadn't even bothered to call back) Sam was able to come for an evening appointment, diagnosed the problem and said he would come back after ordering the faulty part. My gas dryer is 18+ years and my concern was that it wasn't repairable and that I would be wasting money on the repair. I was assured that it could be fixed and I would get many more years out of it. As promised Sam came back with the replacement part and had it repaired quickly. Sam even took his time and cleaned 18+ years of trapped lint from the interior of the dryer, which was dangerously close to becoming a fire hazard!!!!

Again ..thanks Sam for your courteous, prompt and reliable service at a fair price. Will definitely recommend you to family and friends.

Just wanted to thank Sam for his professionalism and honesty. I contacted Sam yesterday as my dryer was in need of repair. He gave me a time for the next day. He contacted me the next day to confirm appt., he was on time and concise in his estimate. He went above what I expected and cleaned out the lint from the dryer (which he didn't have to do). All of this done with a smile :) I will definitely recommend Sam to my family and friends.

We put in a service call to Sam to come and repair our washer. He was prompt, clean and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem easily and quickly. His estimate was very reasonable. He had already determined the possible problem on the phone and brought the necessary parts. The washer was repaired quickly and now works as good as new. We were very pleased and would heartily recommend Sam to our friends and family. Should we need another repair to another appliance we will certainly call him.

I highly recommend Sam Alexander as he was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He has excellent customer service skills. In fact, he called to see if the oven was working well days after he fixed it!!! I will definitely use Sam’s services in the future and recommend him to other people.

I had Sam come and take a look at my washing machine -- he was able to come by quite promptly and fixed the problem immediately on site for a very reasonable fee. There were no additional appointments needed and Sam made sure to explain to me the reason for the malfunction and how it can be prevented in the future. I had my fridge serviced by Ayman and he helped me replace the relay and fan motor. I couldn't be happier with his service. Ayman was courteous and knowledgeable and most importantly, he got my fridge working again in less than 30 minutes. 10/10.

Sammy was very polite, courteous and on time. He was willing to ensure that all options were exhausted before performing the service. We would use Sammy in the future should the need arise.

It is Nov, same time every year when tenants call me to fix heating issues.... URGENTLY....
This year I was ready with solution "homestars.com", I called few companies who booked me after 10 days, of course, no way to wait that long.
Luckily. I called JSN and explained the situation, although they mentioned to me that they are busy, they took the initiative to call the tenant the same day and arrange the time too.
They have done good job.
Tenant is happy and I'm happy.

I called 4 appliance repair businesses and Sam was the first to call me back. He explained his fees ($50 flat fee to come to your home which is then deducted from the labour if they complete the job) and was very courteous on the phone. He sent his refrigerator technician Ayman the next day who easily fixed our leaking freezer. Ayman explained the problem and we feel confident the problem won't happen again. Thank you!

Our wash machine broke last week so we did ask some friends if they know someone to fix it. They told us about Sam that he is a very honest person and will fix it so we called him .Sam came immediately.
We had the best service with a very honest person we give him 10 out of 10.
