An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I used the services of JSN Appliances last week and was extremely satisfied. First off, he services natural gas appliances which not every repair place does. Sam was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. He basically diagnosed the problem over the phone, which told me the guy knew his stuff. He asked me for information so he could show up prepared with the necessary parts to complete the job and didn't disappoint. He showed up when he said he'd be there, he was prepared to complete the job and did so in a very timely manner. He did a great job and the price was very fair and reasonable. I will use JSN again for any appliance issue for sure! Thanks Sam!!!
