This was our first time using Erik’s company and we are so pleased! Both rooms we had painted are absolutely beautiful and the paint job is perfect. Brandon arrived on time and worked quietly. We decided last June that we were finally ready to put in a pool! Sterling was the first pool contractor to come by our house and from the moment my husband and I met him, we felt that Sterling was knowledgeable, honest, professional and straightforward. Our pool dig began late August and Sterling’s crew worked so fast we couldn’t believe it! Sterling is extremely prompt and courteous in his replies. As this was our very first pool, my husband and I had a ton of questions for him. I’m sure some of our questions were silly but Sterling answered them all and put our minds at ease. There were zero delays with the pool install. Sterling’s crew is delightful. My kids & I looked forward to seeing them every morning. They operated very carefully and neatly, always tidying up at the end of each day. And as I said, everything was done/delivered ON TIME. I couldn’t find a liner that would give us the perfect turquoise colour water that we desired, so Sterling helped us find the perfect pool liner and honestly, we couldn’t be happier with how our pool turned out. It looks absolutely beautiful and we can’t wait to open it again this season!! If you’re looking at getting a pool, give Sterling a call. Sam from JSN Appliance Repair came by our house to repair a leaky washing machine. He was punctual and polite and was able to complete the repair in good time, on the spot, as he had the part required for the repair (gasket) in his vehicle. I would call Sam again if we needed a repair service for any of our appliances.

John and his wonderful crew have transformed our cold, unfinished basement into an incredibly beautiful, functional and inviting space. We are beyond thrilled with the finished product and will be spending a lot of time in our new basement! John is a rarity -- extremely honest, very knowledgeable, greatly skilled, meticulous with every last detail and always ready to help. He always has immense patience when answering our many many questions and has made several great suggestions with regard to every aspect of the layout, finishes etc. The quality of construction and finishes has been outstanding. John and his crew ensured everything was perfect, every day. They have always been punctual, extremely tidy and very respectful of our family and our home. Everyone who has visited our home has been wowed by our newly-finished basement. Their stonework surrounding the fireplace and home theatre wall and built-ins is exceptional and very intricate. John did a perfect tiling job in our washroom, it looks even better than we had imagined. John, Luis and Anna are like family to us and we would hire JConstruction again in a heartbeat and have booked our next project with John this summer. Thanks John! You guys are the best.

We own a very new home in Oakville and have had 4 leakage problems with our roof. Builder told me that Dominion did the roofing for our house. 3 of these leakages occurred in the first year and a half, and the 4th problem occurred yesterday, in nearly the same spot as a prior leak (along the same wall). We are absolutely furious that in a brand new home we are having to deal with a leaky roof due to faulty flashing installation. The job that Dominion did on our beautiful house is beyond poor. It's hard to understand why a respected builder like Ballantry Homes would employ Dominion Roofing when we and SEVERAL of our neighbours have experienced the SAME problems since Day 1. Our front porch was the first to leak, every SINGLE time it rained. When this was supposedly repaired, the same water made its way into our garage and we have watermarks and leaks in there too. Third leak was in our breakfast area. Bad installation of flashing seems to be the common cause in all these cases. Now we have another several leaks to deal with, this time INSIDE our home again. The leak is along the SAME wall that extends into the front porch. So basically, when they repaired the flashing above the front porch, the water that used to accummulate there now runs backward toward the house again and is causing several drips and soggy ceiling patches inside our house. Dominion Roofing is horrible. Stay away at any cost. There is no excuse for 4 roof leaks in 2 years in a BRAND NEW HOME. I don't care what their excuses are, their workmanship is simply shoddy and they do not deserve your money.

We are very, very pleased with the super job MapleLeaf Electric did for us! We had exterior & interior potlights installed over 2 days and could not be more pleased with their work. Our home looks beautiful. Alex, Pavel, Rafael, and Adolfo were professional, courteous and persistent, even when facing a challenge. They installed 22 potlights for us without any mess whatsoever. Our home is so beautifully illuminated from inside and out. Alex explained the procedure whenever they started a new task, and consistently asked for my opinion as to the exact placement of the potlights. We are very happy with the work they've done at a very reasonable cost. We will surely recommend MapleLeaf Electric to all our friends, and one of our neighbours has already hired MapleLeaf Electric to do their potlights this week! MapleLeaf Electric gets an A+++ from us, and we'll definitely have them back in our home when we decide where else to install some potlights!
