Sam came quickly on a few days notice to repair our washer. He was very professional and provided great customer service- staying late until the job was done. I'd highly recommend JSN Appliances for any repair work.

Our washing machine died late one night. My wife found JSN through homestars. She called and had an appointment booked a day later. Sam came put on booties and got to work. Within 20 minutes he figured out the issue and said that the part had to be ordered. He was able to get the part earlier than expected. We were given some choices and great advice. What an awesome customer service experience. Two days after the return visit she received a follow up call asking how everything is working out. We are both so pleased

Called JSN to have my washer repaired for water leak. Sam arrived on time, quickly recognized the problem and had the parts available to fix the washer on the spot. The entire job was completed in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommended.

I was very happy with all aspects of JSN appliances repair services. Sam answered promptly and was able to come over to repair my dishwasher in the evening so as to accommodate my work hours. The price was great and the job was well done. I would definitely call JSN again!!

My refrigerator began to act up on Monday and I called JSN Appliances that evening. One of the owners immediately picked up my call on his cell phone and told me that he would tell his partner, Ayman, to call me. I didn't reasonably expect anyone to call me back until the next day, but Ayman called me within minutes and promised to come out that same evening! He very efficiently diagnosed the problem within about 35 minutes of his arrival and told us he would order the needed replacement part first thing in the morning. He called us the next morning as promised to tell us he had the $150 part and would return in the evening to install it. The fridge is now working nicely and he only charged us $130 for the part. I recommend JSN Appliance Repair for its honesty & integrity, technical know-how & efficient service!

We had Sam come to our home to repair our oven door. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and arrived prepared with the necessary materials to replace the broken hinges in a timely manner. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the warranty he offered on both parts and labour.
