JSN also responded to our calls quickly and, just as swiftly arranged an appointment. I have no hesitation in giving JSN a ten star evaluation on their service. Thanks very much Sam for your help!

We recently hired JSN to fix a drain problem in our washing machine. Sam was very punctual and polite. He in fact called me the day of our appointment to see if he could come early, which we were very happy with. He also came prepared with the part that he thought he may need so we did not have to wait additional time for a part to arrive. He was very professional and polite and straight up with his quote. I would definitely recommend JSN Appliances Repair Inc.

I called JSN and Ayman called back right away to set up an appointment. He arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He ordered the part right away and returned the next evening to install the part. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and completed the work quickly. The charge was very reasonable and we would definitely recommend Ayman and JSN for appliance services. They are definitely a 10!

We recently had Sam take a look at our Kenmore Dishwasher that had stopped working. He did a fantastic job, and the dishwasher works perfectly now. He brought all of the parts he thought he would need, was able to come out on a long weekend, cleaned up any mess that was created and even did a follow up call to make sure we were happy. Great Service, highly recommended.

I called Sam for my stove. He gave me an appointment same day. He showed up on time. He was so professional while checking the stove. Then he explained the problem to me and best way to solve it. Within 30 min, the job was done properly without any mess left behind. Thank you very much Sam for the great service.

Called in the morning. Washer making terrible sound. Sam came out at 9:45 same night. He was pleasant, was here when he said he would be, his price was reasonable. Unfortunately it was more expensive to repair than a new one so I am getting new. I appreciated Sam's honesty. Others would have repaired it and presented me with a huge bill. He is definitely a keeper!!! One thing I know, I will never buy a Whirlpool again. Machine was only 7 years old and I had 6 service calls.

I recently had a problem with my clothes dryer. A friend recommended that I call JSN Appliances Repair. I called them up and within an hour Sam was at my door. I showed him my problem, and within a day, we had the required part. We are extremely pleased with the fast service and the friendly way. We will most definitely call them again in the future if we need any of our appliances repaired. Also, I would feel quite confident recommending them to our friends.

Sam certainly surpassed my expectations. When I called early on Aug 22nd, he told me he would try to repair my washing machine that evening; he said he would call me back at 5;00 to confirm. He asked for the model of the machine, so to ensure he had parts when he arrived. How thoughtful!!! That evening at 5:00 he called promptly to say he would be at my house, he assured me a time. When he was finished his last job he called to say he could be at my house earlier. I was thrilled. He came in assessed the problem and fixed my washer promptly. He certainly deserves a 10!!! He was courteous, efficient and prompt. Thanks again Sam, for a job well done.

Sam was able to come out quickly to fix our washing machine after I told him we'd be going away on vacation soon. He showed up promptly (even sent me a text to let me know he was on his way). He explained the problem and called me to the laundry room several times throughout the process to let me know what he thought was wrong with it. He was also very upfront about the cost. I wouldn't hesitate calling Sam again for any repairs.
