I had a leaking washing machine, I needed to have it fixed and wasn't too sure who to call. I have used home stars in the past to find quality driven and trustworthy contractors. Sam came to my house and diagnosed the problem, and arranged to come back for part installation. Sam was punctual and gave me a fair price, as well as some good advice. I'd definitely use him again.

I contacted Sam, and his partner Ayman called me back shortly to set up an appointment for same day. He came within couple of hours, on time and quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem! On Friday night! The next business day, he obtained two parts from a dealer, came again to replace them and solved problem permanently.

Ayman and Sam have shown high professionalism, quick response, accuracy and same day resolution with a moderate price. So, if I have any more problems with home appliances, I will contact them and I am sure that I will be satisfied with their service again.

I called Sam on Saturday regarding my washing machine. He called back within an hour and was able to come the next day on Sunday to repair the broken appliance. Sam was quick, polite, and efficient. We came home from a family vacation to find out that our dishwasher would turn on but water would not pump. After a quick review of Home Stars, I contacted Sam at JSN Appliances Repair.
Sam answered the phone, I highlighted my problem, he said he would call me back within an hour to arrange an appointment. After 40 minutes, Sam called me back and arranged to be at our place on a certain date and time. Not many service repair personnel would arrange to fix your appliance between 7 PM and 9 PM on a Friday night – that’s exactly what Sam did!
Sam arrived precisely on time, diagnosed the problem, and had it corrected within 30 minutes. Sam requested the make, model number and problem during the initial conversation. Sam showed up with the parts needed to make the repair based on the initial diagnosis over the phone.
I would, without hesitation, call Sam back for any future repairs with my appliances.

I called Sam for a service call for my dishwasher, he called back right away and made an appointment the next day in the evening which is convenient to my schedule. He had already asked all the right questions on the phone and was able to correctly predict the correct part required to fix the problem. He showed up on time with the necessary part, ready to complete the job. Sam was very knowledgeable, efficient and his rates are very reasonable. Arrived at a convenient time on schedule, diagnosed and fixed the problem. After replacing the part (busted heating element), he thoroughly cleaned the dryer throughout and made sure that everything was in working order.

I called Ayman for our fridge as the freezer was working fine and the fridge was not working, he was very professional and identify the problem right away, then he order the parts and brought it.
the good thing he didn't leave till he checked every thing and was sure that the fridge is working perfect as before.
