An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We called JSN Appliances for our GE electric stove, it had one of the top elements not working. Sam took our phone call & he asked me about model & serial number for the stove. He gave us an appointment the same day we called to book an appointment. Sam showed up on time well prepared with all possible parts he may need to finish the job in the same visit. He was so professional while checking the stove, he found the problem in no time & called me to give me the estimate for the whole repair, the quote was very reasonable to me & the warranty he provided for part & labour is very fair. Sam call us the next day to follow up how is the stove making out. I couldn’t be more happy with anyone else, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my friends & family.
